I was contacted by a recruiter for the initial phone call. She was 5 minutes late to the call and seemed rather inexperienced in the recruiting role. She was unprepared to asnwer any questions about the position, therefore making the end of the conversation extremely awkward. I never received an email or call back. Unprofessional.
