CarMax Customer Specialist interview questions

The interview was amazing! I met with 3 managers, they asked a lot of questions and wanted SPECIFIC details. Overall I found the energy to be very lively and enjoyed the experience. We also did a simulated vehicle selling exercise which was quick and super easy. One thing I will mention that stood out the most to me was one of the managers saying they only hired a specific type of person... I suppose I fit that description because I walked out of the door with my drug test done and my offer letter waiting to be accepted in my email.

The interview process was very long. I left knowing I had a job though. They made sure I was comfortable and knew everything I needed to know. I was interviewed twice once by the manager I would be working with and the second interview was with the general manager.
