The interview process was fine, went through a phone interview first. After being accepted, I went in and did computer training. After that, took a tour of the building, looked at the auctions, went back on the computer, almost fell asleep, went home.
I applied online. I interviewed at CarMax (Oxnard, CA) in Jun 2022

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CarMax (Murrieta, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The process was fairly simple, just completed the online application. From there I was called on the phone to schedule a phone interview and after about a week or so I was scheduled for an in person interview. Only thing I dislike was that I was assured I would receive a response of wether or not I was hired within 3 days but I never received any communication after that.
