The interview was a pretty simple interview, got asked about certain scenarios, and got interviewed by 3 employees. The interviewers made me feel very comfortable. I got offered the job on the stop.

The interview process at Carmax is Long, and a lot of questions to find out what type of person you are, personal questions, and also situation question like scenarios on “how would you handle this at your old job”

It was nice and straight forward and the interview process was fast and they ask alot about your experience they are very understanding and confronting you need to be socal and not nervous
