Interview

Question 1
When you are faced with someone who is difficult to deal with, how do you handle the situation?
It was quick and easy, did both interviews in one day. I talked to both managers in charge of the hiring process, and got called for a job offer at least a week after my interview.
Pretty simple interview process involving 2 different hiring managers. The questions were not too challenging, but did require you to think on the spot. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I have ever had.
I applied online. I interviewed at CarMax (Rockville, MD) in Aug 2020
Interview
Telephone interview - not sure if this was as a result of COVID-19 or if this is general practice. Very informal, only about 2 or 3 questions asked. Job offer was made on the phone.
