Did a 15 minute phone interview that I was asked basic availability questions and why do I want to work for the company. She then immediately invited me to the virtual interview. The virtual interview was STAR behavioral questions and I interviewed with two managers. The first half was a manager asking situational questions and they gave me a 15 min break and started the second half of a role play answering a sales phone call from a customer. In my opinion both interviews went well with all three of the people I spoke with but the next day I got a rejection email.
