First was an HR Phone Screen - answer general questions. Next was a Director of Engineering Phone Interview - background, interest in position, technical questions related to position. Afterward an On-site interview with various groups (Engineering, Service Operations, Operational Excellence) and other Engineer peers. Finally, a reconditioning site visit to understand process a little and show engagement, followed up by a case study.
