I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carahsoft (Reston, VA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Pretty simple - but way too long. The recruiter asks you to call them...when they should be calling you?
You have an intial phone screening with the recruiter - then you go into the office to meet with 4-6 different people. They ask pretty straightforward simple questions. If you have a fun personality and seem confident in your abilities you will probably get the job.
Then the recruiter has you do a phone interview with the director of your department. Also easy - ask a lot of questions and seem interested in the position.
Then you come into the office one last time and they give you an offer.

Interview
The process was pretty straightforward. First, there was an introductory call, which was then followed by a second call, a more formal interview. As in any interview, they asked about experience and goals. The team was nice and informative throughout.

Interview
My interview process was similar to other reviews. I was paired with a recruiter who walked me through the process, which was so helpful and I felt so prepared for each step. It started with two calls with the recruiter before getting to talk with the team I would join. Then I had a final interview that presented me with an offer at the end. Very smooth and consistent experience!
