Discovered the job posting on a job board and simply applied and submitted my resume. I was contacted by a recruiter the next day and basically just answered some basic screening questions. There was discussion about my most current work experience and certs. I was invited to interview on-site and that process was 2 hours long. It was comprised of three interviews, 2 with gentleman that are experienced in the office and started at inside sales and the last with the president of the company. The first two are very general, they see how much you know about technology and sales positions and answer any of your questions about Carahsoft. The last interview is very casual and I believe the president is basically assessing your character and personality fit with the company.

Lots of talking with recruiters on the phone, interview was pretty simple, basic questions that you would expect. People seemed friendly and were very young. Think the company could benefit from older management instead of just hiring new grads.
