I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carahsoft (Reston, VA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Interview process was fairly simple but hierarchy was super strange. No matter how much experience you have, they bring you in as entry level and you have to work your way up to a position and pay that you already have the skills and experience for. So basically unless you’re fresh out of school, this is not a viable place to apply to.

I applied online. I interviewed at Carahsoft (Washington, DC) in Mar 2026
Interview
My interview process was similar to other reviews. I was paired with a recruiter who walked me through the process, which was so helpful and I felt so prepared for each step. It started with two calls with the recruiter before getting to talk with the team I would join. Then I had a final interview that presented me with an offer at the end. Very smooth and consistent experience!
