The interview process was amazing and very informative to me because I was able to get the information that I needed as well as get a better understanding of what the job has to offer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caravel Autism Health (Oshkosh, WI) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of one five-minute phone screening and then an hour-long interview. The hour-long, in-person interview consisted of questions that really didn't relate to the job whatsoever. Just a few generic questions about how you overcome challenges at your job or learned to work well with co-workers. Nothing about your experience, education, etc. After a few days, I received an e-mail saying they went with other candidates.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Caravel Autism Health (Kimberly, WI) in May 2024
Interview
I interviewed by phone, but the interviewer was late. From the beginning, she had a very hard tone, asked a few questions, and then asked about salary. I discussed my range (18-20), and she said she could not offer more than $15 an hour. I advised that I have two degrees, and $15 would not work for me. She advised that she would reach out if anything changed.
