I had a personal connection with a former colleague who now works at Carbon Black. After reaching out to him, I had two phone interviews and one day on-site. At the conclusion of the interview process, there was a mutual determination that there wasn't a great fit right now.

Phone Interview, followed up with a in-person interview. They were very friendly and there was minimal interaction with HR. I met with the engineers and it was a very relaxing process compared to other large companies. Once I left, they called me back within 24 hours giving me my decision.
