I applied online and a recruiter emailed me to set up a time for a phone interview. I responded with times I was available. The recruiter did not confirm a time, but instead called me a few times outside the window I gave. Once we finally got in touch, the recruiter went bullet-by-bullet through my resume and made some condescending remarks. This interview style does not at all reflect how to attract tech talent.
