They outsource there recruiting to a third party, although they do have 1 person in HR. First was a phone interview with the recruiter, then another with the hiring manager (who I worked with at a previous company), then another phone interview with the Dir. of Sales. The interviews went well but when we discussed OTE, etc. I thanked them for their time but said I would have to pass on the opportunity. Recruiter called back a week later, said they really wanted me and will most likely meet my compensation, etc. requirements. Next was the in person interview. Met with 4 people, one at a time. All asked basic questions.
