Interview
I had my initial two phone calls within a week which were both fantastic. Both interviewers were professional and interested in my past experiences and how I would fit into the SDR role. When I was invited into the office, I met with 4 members of the team Sales team. All interviews went very well and provided good conversation. Through the interviews I could tell what a great company culture Bit9 + Carbon Black provided. Immediately, I knew I wanted to be part of a sales team where the managers took time to care about their employees and their progress/growth & development. I now know why Bit9 + Carbon Black is ranked as one of the top places to work in Boston!

Interview
Two short Panel interviews, they wanted to hear about my background and what I thought would make me an ideal candidate for the position. They were very open, it didn't feel like an interrogation, but they definitely tested my sales knowledge.

Question 1
What qualities do you have that make you a good candidate for the SDR role?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carbon Black (Boulder, CO) in Sep 2018
Interview
I had 3 separate interviews. The first one was 10 minutes over the phone with someone from the hiring department. The second interview was a 30 minute phone interview with a Sales Manager. The next stage was an onsite interview that took 1.5 hours and I interviewed with 4 people separately. The whole process took roughly 2 weeks. Bring LOTS of questions to this interview. Ask a lot about the products. Make sure at the end of each interview you close them (thank them and ask them if they have any reservations about you). I believe this is one area that I could have improved on.
