They want to know if you will be a fit for the immediate job and the opportunities to come within Bit9 in the future. They aren't looking to just fill this SDR role. They are hiring you to be a future contributor overall. Great group of people and a fun place to work

Interview
I had 3 separate interviews. The first one was 10 minutes over the phone with someone from the hiring department. The second interview was a 30 minute phone interview with a Sales Manager. The next stage was an onsite interview that took 1.5 hours and I interviewed with 4 people separately. The whole process took roughly 2 weeks. Bring LOTS of questions to this interview. Ask a lot about the products. Make sure at the end of each interview you close them (thank them and ask them if they have any reservations about you). I believe this is one area that I could have improved on.
