I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Carbon (Redwood City, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview process involved a preliminary phone screening, followed by a phone interview by the hiring manager, and finally a series of 1-1 interviews with the team . I was not selected as the candidate for this position but found Carbon to be very courteous of my time and effort. The recruiter called me to inform me that I was not selected. This is not common in the Silicon Valley and I found it very refreshing. Hopefully as Carbon grows they will have a need for additional engineers.
Got in touch with a recruiter, followed by a phone screen outlining parts of my resume. Talked about previous experience and relevant experience to 3D printing, got rejected afterwards.
