I received an HR screen where I was asked about my background and why I wanted to work for Carbon. I was told they would get back to me within a day to let me know whether or not we would proceed with the interview process, but I was ghosted despite following up with them.
It seems like "ghosting" is a habit with this company as I have read other reviews suggesting similar experiences. This isn't a dating app - so I expected to be treated like a human being - especially when I'm dedicating time and energy into preparing to interview with your company.

The recruiter confirmed this and said they would follow-up by a particular date. I was ghosted after this, although I followed-up multiple times.
