I had initially came to the interview process as an an employee referral, I was informed by the employee that the manager would get me in the process. Within 24 hours I had received a call by the tech recruiter in charge and interviewed me and put me in process for the role and I had mentioned that I am overseas currently on vacation. He said he not a problem and scheduled me to speak with the HM for the position. That call with HM went really good and HM mentioned when I get back she wants me onsite for interview. The tech recruiter I was awesome and kept me in the loop. He even mentioned that another position was coming and I can be considered. Forward 1 week, the initial recruiter I worked with informed the position was closed and the other position was open under the campus recruiter. The tech recruiter even sent an introduction email to me copying the campus recruiter letting her no that the HM had I intial conversation and wanted me to be scheduled for an onsite. Within 2 days I get back and reached to campus recruiter several times to follow up and reminded her that I am to be scheduled for onsite,but no response, only to get an automated rejection letter. Just last weekend I met the HM at a party and we spoke she remembered me and said that the campus informed her that I withdrew from being the position. I was shocked to hear this. I am totally disgusted by the events that transpired with Carbonite.
