CardFlight interview questions

I was surprised to have advanced beyond the initial interview stage. During the first interview, the interviewer offered critique on my resume, implying that the presentation of my job description may have lacked professionalism. Subsequently, the second interview proved to be even more challenging. The interviewer's lack of engagement, as evidenced by her body language and facial expressions, indicated her predisposition against extending an offer. Additionally, the noticeable lack of diversity within the company appeared to significantly influence the outcome.

Initial contact with recruiter, no phone screen. First interview with hiring manager who told me there would be at least 4-5 more interviews. Salary was entry level. There was no team as this role would be working under hiring manager and no one else. Hiring manager asked only behavioral questions, ironically about teamwork and team conflict. I was so confused as these questions had nothing to do with the role, type of work, or team (as there are no team members this hire would work with). Process seemed extremely archaic and company seemed very underdeveloped. However, rejection was sent promptly and they did not ghost which is appreciated for job seekers nowadays.
