Interview
Initial contact with recruiter, no phone screen. First interview with hiring manager who told me there would be at least 4-5 more interviews. Salary was entry level. There was no team as this role would be working under hiring manager and no one else. Hiring manager asked only behavioral questions, ironically about teamwork and team conflict. I was so confused as these questions had nothing to do with the role, type of work, or team (as there are no team members this hire would work with). Process seemed extremely archaic and company seemed very underdeveloped.
However, rejection was sent promptly and they did not ghost which is appreciated for job seekers nowadays.
