I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Feb 2016
Interview
Very intense hyper-competitive process. Recruiter phone interview (objection was made clear), panel interview with 3 interviewers (overcome any objection(s) or you will not advance). Panel format, 60 minutes, fast paced including presentation. Be on point and be ready sell. Following the panel, requiter contacted me to inform me I made it to the final interview. Final interview was one on one with hiring manager's boss.
Slowwwwwwww is all I can so. Communication between manager and recruiter was lacking. Still waiting to hear next steps after almost a month after 1st interview. No other negatives besides the sense or urgency is not there.
Very seamless and with friendly recruiting professionals as well. I enjoyed the process from beginning to end, and everything went according to their originally stated timeline and process. There were behavior based questions and also a mock-sale.
they told me there would be 3 interviews, first one was a phone call, second was a zoom call, third was in person, then there was another zoom call afterwards
