I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cardinal Peak (Lafayette, CO) in May 2019
Interview
Met first with head of the test group for coffee, then informal meeting with employees, then the formal interview. Interviewed with 3 other test engineers, 1 hour each. They told me that I didn't need test experience, yet when they rejected me they said it was because I didn't have experience. Also, the manager delayed the rejection by 1.5 weeks because he was afraid to call and tell me.
