I was called by a recruiter who was wonderful. I really enjoyed the interview and was exited about the company. She then passed my resume on to the director and another manager. The interview for her took place from her bedroom. She also noted she was tired. I was told half way through the interview that the position I applied for was filled. That was a shock to me. She asked me if I wanted to interview for another position at that time. I had to ask her what those positions entailed. It was a mess from there. She could have cared less about my qualifications or how I would be an asset to the company. I was called the next day at 930 AM to say I didn’t have enough qualifications for the positions. I have more than 6 years of recruiting, enrollment, and engagement. They were surprised that I was interviewing for a job that was filled. Well, nobody told me.
