After seeing a job posting I was intrigued by the organization and decided to apply. I received an email from an internal recruiter named Lana who wanted to set up a phone screen. The experience with Lana was fantastic as she was extremely enthusiastic about Care Access and her career path there. She clearly cares about the organization and about recruiting like-minded, optimistic and talented people for hire. The screen went very well and I moved forward to a formal interview that also went well. I can see this is a wonderful organization with employees that advocate for each other and the growth of the organization.
