This review has taken me a moment to write, but I want to share what happened to me and how important it is for the company to show up prepared and ready for an interview. I first interviewed a lovely woman who quickly called me back about the position and who made sure to keep me informed. They decided to wait to move forward with the role after offering me an interview but asked if it should open up and if they could reach out later. Of course, and they did. I was very flexible; recruiting told me about the women I was interviewing with and the events team. I prepared and signed on to my interview with a babbling moron who was fumbling around the whole time, who didn't even know my name nor what job I was interviewing for; he didn't have a resume and was profoundly inconsiderate of my time and intelligence. Less than 24 hours later, I received the most disrespectful email from a do not reply email saying we see how excellent your skills are, but we will not move forward with you. I was genuinely excited about that role, but the man they let represent their company should be embarrassed. I am grateful not to have the job simply because I would never want to work with someone who could genuinely disrespect someone's time like that. It seems like other reviews we correct about company culture. I hope that Care Access puts better people in their leadership roles; this company has the potential to create real change.
