I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Care Access (De Zoom) in May 2022
Interview
Video call with several managers/leads on call. Skill-specific questions because if you do not have the needed skills, it will be obvious. Also asked what I knew about the company - this is important! Care Access Research is a different type of CRO with many remote staff coordinating decentralized trails.

Question 1
How proficient are you with spreadsheets? Are you familiar with Google Sheets and the rest of Google suite?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Care Access (New York, NY) in Jul 2024
Interview
I had 2. One with a recruiter and the other with the hiring manager. The job did not match the job description advertised in the ad or with the recruiter.
Applied online and had a recruiter reach out to me requesting my availability. After providing them my availability they proceeded to ghost me despite follow up emails. Not a good first impression and due to the lack of professionalism on the “recruiters” who can’t even be bothered do their job, and the massive layoffs, I’d air on the side of caution with this company.
