Pretty basic interview, laid back with no pressure. Had 2 interviewers and they were ok. It was a video interview due to covid and it went very well. Had to wait couple days to know if l got the spot. Then onboarding process began.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why you want to work with the company. Questions on having research experience. Questions working with coworkers and how to handle difficult situations.
Applied online and was contacted for phone screening a few weeks later. Had a virtual interview and onsite at the clinic location. The managers and other crc teammates I dealt with were great, down-to-earth and nice folks. I was disappointed by an extremely low salary offer (that was much less than what I was currently making and less than what I stated was my minimum I would accept). I unfortunately had to decline the position even though they were my first choice at the time. I was coming with over 5 YoE so I was a little surprised, but I was able to secure a better offer elsewhere.

Question 1
What type of research experience I had previously, my preferred workflow, etc
I received 3 calls for interviews and an offer but the recruiter never followed up back when I asked for a contract when she offered me the traveling position. Not sure how their process works really and keep in mind this is an independent contractor positions so it is a 1099 contract and you end up paying your own taxes in the end so keep that in mind.

Question 1
Straight forward I guess, it seemed more of a standard questions based on the position they are interviewing for not based on your resume
