I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Care Initiatives (Cedar Rapids, IA) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was quick. I was interviewed within days of submitting my application. They offered me a job at the end of the interview. I accepted it and planned to do my training for the next week following another CNA.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Care Initiatives (Osceola, IA) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was a easy interview with the ADON (who is wonderful, Kelly Bailey) and then they submitt a drug test and you get it done at the hospital. Then they conduct a back ground check which can take up to two or more weeks sometimes. Which stinks.
