Hr contact was very odd with the recruiter calling out of the blue but made it sound like we had spoken in the past. She set up a screening and then did not call, I eventually phoned her and left a message and she phoned two days later setting up in person with hiring manager. In person interview went fine but promises that I would hear one way or another regardless of outcome never happened and although I followed up, nothing. I have no problem with not being a fit but dislike feeling that the company, hr and hiring manager can not be bothered to be polite. If you make a commitment- keep it or don't bother!
