Was not given job after not having skills listed on the job posting. Was not fair and was not indicated. Overall did not have great time. Was a video interview and the other person did not have their camera on
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CareDx in May 2022
Interview
Complete waste of my time and disrespectful to an applicant
Called by recruiter, short meeting with them. Next had +1 hour interview with Hiring Manger where they talked the whole time. I was asked technical questions that were only on the subject of SQL at the tail end of this hour plus interview. No other technical questioned asked. Received no followup or feed back for weeks after being told I should hear feed back in less than a week. I had to get off-handed feed back from recruiter on what the Hiring Manager even thought. Was told their thoughts were “has little technical skill”.
I barely got notice or feedback after my interview and I believe the questions on ONLY SQL are silly to define me as having “little technical skill”. Got no status update on my application for weeks. Practically had to beg to hear anything back.
If you want a SQL admin ask for a SQL admin. Don’t be-little your applicants and not respond to them. Also ask more relevant questions to the actual role
