Thorough, 8-12 weeks, 7 different people. Business case needed to be completed and presented in front of panel. I would say it was relatively rigorous. Took longer than expected. Was called back several times for additional interviews.

Recruiter then Hiring Manager then Panel. My second panel interview was on 10/28/22. Great interview both times. Three weeks passed and heard nothing. Emailed recruitment regarding the status, but they never answered me, and it has now been over a month since my second interview. I guess they just don't let people know either way.
