The HR phone screen was fairly standard and was pleasant. However it would have been nice to get the "application packet" before the interview. The actual interview was less pleasant. There was a member upper management that seemed to be completely disinterested in being in the room. While this position was described as a somewhat all encompassing position, the questions were very narrow in scope, almost as if they were designed for a completely different and more specialized network role. At other times it seemed as though neither one of them taken to time to read my resume and either skimmed it or took only the opinion of the HR rep in to account.
