Interview
Interviews with VP and Market President as well as with HR. Process was fairly quick and effecient. Communication was clear throughout the process and included feedback. Decision was made quickly and onboarding was fairly painless.
The process took a few weeks. I interviewed with 3 different people. Once the 3rd interview was complete, the offer came the next day. HR was quick to respond. No issues with their interview or hiring process. The difficult part was training after hiring.

Question 1
Why do you think you are the right candidate for this role?
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at CareSource (Dayton, OH) in Dec 2022
Interview
Applied online 11 weeks ago, was reached out to by an exec recruiter for an initial discussion. Was scheduled to video meet with an Executive Leader the following week. Cue interview. Exec Leader arrives and states that due to scheduling issues and travel, they shouldn't have accepted the invite as it was 7am their time. What a great way to start the process.
They stayed off camera for the rest of the meeting. This is a poor candidate experience. The interview then proceeded to be a warm interrogation for over an hour. This stiff rigid process speaks volumes of their culture. When asked what their culture was like, the response was "evolving". That tells you something when a company has been around since 1989. The recruiter stated that they'd only just started the process and that things were early on. The Exec Leader stated that it had been open for a while now, at least a few months and that she was not finding what they were looking for..... Read the company reviews from staff, they're enlightening.
