Recruiter sent an email to schedule a call with the hiring team. Had a call with recruiter and then the hiring team. Even before the call with the recruiter, meeting with hiring team has been scheduled. After the hiring team interview, recruiter emailed saying they would like to move to the next step. She sent me an assessment along with the dates for the next round of interviews - one with the director of the department and the other with the VP. They liked my assessment and the interview went well. They said the talent acquisition will get back to me in 2 weeks. After that, I got no response. The recruiter never replied to my emails. I reached out to the director of the department through LinkedIn. He then asked the recruiter to email. Then I got an email saying they are moving forward with other candidate. She also said that she tried sending me email didn’t go through. Wasted a month of my time.
