Received an email from recruiter to set up initial skills line up phone call. Received an invitation to interview with management and a team member one week later. The three of them asked questions as to my qualifications and honestly you have to train for every new job you start at any company because you don't know how they operate or how things are done. I used to work at Amazon so learning a new software program would have been easy for me. Regardless, I felt like I didn't fit in their little clique they had and overall they were looking for someone younger that would complete their team of "under 30's). After a few minutes in the interview the manager started squirming in her seat, her body language told me she wanted this interview to be over with. Manager could not hide her body language, terrible!
