Applied online and received a recruiter interview request within a few days. Meeting started promptly and the recruiter was very easy to talk with. She asked a lot of questions about my prior experience and seemed very impressed. When discussing my minimum salary the recruiter even told me they could likely put me higher than requested! She said she was going to move me forward in the interview process and set up an interview with the hiring manager and asked me for dates/times I was available. About a week later I received an email stating they are no longer considering me for the position. No reason as to why. I emailed back thanking them for the opportunity and asking for feedback. No response.
