Hr screen with recruiter very candid about the role, mentioned the challenge of the role, answered questions in a transparent way, kept me posted every step of the process. Interview with manager, seemed on edge and ready to go back to work, even abrupt at times, even with the greeting but was straight forward. The experience along with the knowledge of what they were looking for in the role helped me appreciate would not be a good fit. I am glad I had the discussion.
