A recruiter reached out with basic screening questions. However I did want to leave some feedback on that step. While some of the questions were about the posting, many of the requirements the recruiter was asking about were not listed in the job description at all. I would recommend updating you listing to include all of the requirements you actually wanted, to avoid any confusion and also this will help you find candidates you are looking for.
