Very personable and my interview was very nice. Clearly invested in the company. Asked basic interview questions and focus was on the desire to help people. People from all backgrounds are considered and degree or field of experience was not necessarily the defining factor. You did not have to know a whole lot about health care to do well in the interview or on the job.
