you have one virtual interview with both leaders, then you will have an office visit to meet the team, and one in person interview with both leaders again, you will be able to learn more and ask questions at this time
I was paraded through their office in a coworking space to all of their employees and told they couldn’t wait to have me join the team only to be rejected after emailing them 4 days later. Not everyone is the right fit for every company but maybe treat people with dignity and respect.
As a fledgling recruiting company, you’ll never make it. If this is how you treat potential employees; I can only imagine how you treat clients and candidates
