My interview process was 3 rounds. First round was a very quick phone call with management where they mostly just gave me an overview of the company and the role and asked if I was interested. The second round was a Teams interview, also with management, and that went more into my background/skills and career interests. The last interview was in-person. I met with management as well as got to see the work space and meet the rest of the team. They asked me a series of scenario-based questions. Then they presented me with an offer and went over their compensation, commission structure, benefits, etc. and answered all my questions. They did not pressure me into an answer right away as they knew I had other interviews and just asked that I keep them in the loop when I made a decision.
