Thorough, fair, and fun. I was contacted within 24 hours of applying, met with three key members individually. Then had a panel interview with the team I was applying to be a part of. Next, I had another panel this time with the folks I would be serving. Two days later had a follow up with these same folks individually. Next up I was asked to complete a work simulation and prepare a presentation of how I'd approach a few realistic scenarios. I was able to run this how I saw fit, and the panel discussion was great. Finally, I had a "career story" conversation with two folks. Then luckily I was made an offer!
