The recruiting team was quick to communicate. I applied for the role and within a few days received a request for a phone screening. After passing the phone screen I was sent 2 pre-employment tests (predictive index). A few days after completion I was asked to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager. The questions asked were very general, not behavioral based, and my overall impression was that it was a courtesy interview. The hiring manager indicated that the next step would be a skills assessment. I received a rejection email within 48 hours of the interview.
