It is very smooth process of the company. firstly they do a resume shortlisting of applied candidate after that the second round is an aptitude test followed by an personal interview round.
Got up to the fourth round. Not that personal of an interview where they would fire in lots of difficult questions. Did not feel natural to me at all. Would be nice if they want to get to know you first.
