I applied online. I interviewed at Cargill (Waco, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was OK. They just sat me down asked me if I had any production experience at all and if I’m willing to work mandatory overtime and weekends. They weren’t completely honest about how it would be to work at that company they literally value the product over their own employees. They are desperate for help so they will hire just about anyone. This includes people they have previously fired turn over stands out about 87%.
