Basic questions about strengths/weaknesses, experience, etc. It was a general interview that is consistent with many internships. The questions were very focused on personal experience and involvement on campus/with past employers.

Focus on R&D expertise, critical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills related to your background and upcoming project.
