Six interviews with 12 different people, both in USA and Europe, each of 1 hour. Declined offer because of remote location not accessible by public transportation. Friendly environment during interviews, and focus on fit within current team.
Easy but long, interviewed with 6 different sets of people. All the interviews were online and questions were insightful. Team was spread between US and The Netherlands, so interviewed with members from both teams. The position was based not in Amsterdam, but about 2 hours away by train, and the commute was difficult because there is no public transportation that takes you directly to the working site, so I declined the position.

Please describe an event in your life that you consider as a breakthrough.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cargill in Mar 2014
Interview
I applied on their website for a job they had posted online. It took about 2 months to hear back from them. After they contacted me, the process moved very quickly. I had a phone interview with the recruiter followed by a technical phone interview with the hiring manager a sew days later. They immediately set up on on-site interview which was about 4 hours long. Everyone was very kind and helpful through the whole thing. It was fairly laid back while also being professional. I received an offer the next week.
