I was called over the phone by a recruiter to set up the interview and given different available time slots. It was more of a causal conversation than an interview. Questions were very simple and manager was nice.

The interview process was very positive. The Unit Director that interviewed me asked me very pointed questions about my experience and how I could be a positive addition to Carilion with examples. She offered me the opportunity to shadow an employee to see if I would be a good fit. The employee shadowing experience allowed me to see if the job would be a good fit for me as well.
