Various members of leadership ask you a series of questions to determine what your interests/specialites are. They also asked about your knowledge of the healthcare industry - ie are you familiar with healthcare terminology, healthcare applications, etc.
The process was straightforward and conversational. I spoke with a recruiter who asked about my background, and preferred business areas. The tone was professional and relaxed, focused more on fit and interest than technical depth.
